However, a single-layer load-bearing capacity of 15 tons is considered ultra-high and usually requires special reinforcement design or whole set load-bearing calculation. It is recommended to directly contact the manufacturer for investigation.
Common sizes: The distance between column holes is generally 75 millimeters, and the height of the crossbeam can be adjusted up and down according to this multiple, making it convenient to store goods of different heights.
Height: Ordinary warehouses are generally within 12 meters, while automated three-dimensional warehouses can be spliced up to 30 meters.
Span: The length of a set of shelves usually does not exceed 4 meters, and the depth is within 1.5 meters, depending on the size of your pallet.
Floor height adjustment: If using a regular forklift, leave at least 3.5 to 4 meters of passage; If a narrow aisle forklift is used, the aisle can be reduced to 1.5 to 2 meters, which can save a lot of warehouse space.

The thickness of the steel should meet the standard: it is recommended that the thickness of the steel plate for the column be at least 1.5 millimeters. Steel that is too thin for long-term load-bearing is prone to deformation, which affects safety.
Safety accessories cannot be omitted: safety pins must be equipped to prevent the crossbeam from falling off, expansion screws should be used to fix the ground, and anti-collision foot guards should be installed at the forklift access port.
Surface treatment depends on the process: High quality shelves undergo acid pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic spraying, which have strong rust prevention ability and are not easy to rust in humid environments, resulting in a longer service life.
